Hello, I’m Jackie 

Having moved to Cumbria, I now work from home producing cakes for weddings, civil ceremonies and all other special occasions.

I am an approved Wedding Cake provider for Appleby Manor Hotel.

I have over 30 years experience in designing and producing wedding and celebration cakes.

Before coming to live in Cumbria, I spent many years teaching Cake Design and Decoration to City and Guilds advanced level and Sugarcraft within Adult Education and privately. Prior to this I worked as a Pastry Chef in a High Class London Hotel and also in Corporate Catering.

All cakes are made by myself, including the sugar flowers.

I have been a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild. For many years.

My passion is cake decorating and I strive to work with all clients to ensure they receive the stunning centrepiece of their dreams.
